A new Hyper Flash Turn Signal Relay IS included for standard 99-04 Mustang Tail Lights! It will replace your stock relay under the dash. 

NOTE for 99-01 Amber Corner Tail Lights: Fitment is confirmed for stock taillights with stock harnesses including 99-01 SVT Cobras. This kit will include the red brake light bulbs only. It does not include rear amber turn signal bulbs.

These have NOT been tested with 99-01 Cobra Amber Taillights on 99-04 Mustangs that did not have them from the factory, or Mustangs with aftermarket Sequential Taillight Harnesses.
