Return & Refund Policy
StangLights Customer Support team is ready when you need them. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
RETURNS
- Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received the item, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, unfortunately.
- To be eligible for a return with Stang Lights, your item(s) must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received. We also require the item(s) returned to be in its original packing.
- Your item must be sent back to us in original packaging to the address we provide. Please do not send your purchase back to our manufacturers
- Order cancellations prior to shipment may be subject to a Cancellation Fee of no more than 10%.
- Complete housings ie. Headlights, Tail Lights, and Fog/Turn Signals will be subject up to a 20% restocking fee. These fees are non-negotiable and cannot be waved.
- Due to being purchased based on customer preference, ORACLE and SimplyBuilt items are considered custom orders and are not eligible for refund or return. All sales of ORACLE and SimplyBuilt items are final. If the manufacturer’s warranty is still applicable, repair or replacement will be provided.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@stanglights.com
ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
We strongly encourage responsible shopping and reviewing your checkout prior to purchase. Upon your purchase, we give you 24 hours to cancel or make any changes to your order. Any time beyond that, your order will already be processed and being prepared for shipping, therefore after 24 hrs order changes or cancellations cannot be made.
For orders shipping from a third party vendor or direct from the manufacturer, any cancellation after the order has been processed but prior to shipment, may be subject to a Cancellation Fee of no more than 10%.
DAMAGED/MISSING ITEM
If for some reason your order arrived damaged or contained missing items, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement if able. Please contact our support team to make the Damaged/Missing Item Claim. When you email us please put "Damaged/Missing Item Claim" in the subject line so we can tend to this as soon as possible.
ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED
We are not responsible for orders that are lost in shipping or did not arrive. Once the order is fulfilled and shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier and we are no longer obligated to refund or replace items. If necessary, it is the responsibility of the puchaser to open a claim with the carrier.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item(s) in the condition and manner stated above, we will process your refund immediately and notify you at that time.
We will only initiate a refund to the same payment method used to make your purchase. Once the credit is processed, it will generally reflect in your payment account within 3-5 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
SHIPPING
A return shipping label will be provided to you. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you bought the item on a free shipping promotion you are still subject to cover the necessary shipping on the item. Additional shipping information can be found on our Shipping Policy page.
