SHIPPING CONTRACT

All purchases of physical items from stanglights.com via web are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you, the purchaser, upon StangLights delivering your item/package to the carrier. Stanglights.com holds no responsibility for the replacement of products or refunds for lost, stolen or damaged items incurred while in transit with the parcel carrier. Stanglights.com will assist our customer in filing claims with parcel carriers in the event that your item is affected by the aforementioned scenarios.

FREE SHIPPING TERMS - ORDERS OVER $99

We offer free shipping on orders over $99 within the continental lower 48 states unless the item specifies a handling fee. Most in-stock orders will ship out within 1-3 business days. Our centralized location in Oklahoma allows for delivery through our free shipping option with most orders being received within 1-5 days. We offer many shipping option upgrades if you need to get your order faster – our complete list of shipping options are listed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is calculated based on product weights.  International shipping charges do not include any import/duty fees that your country may impose on your import. We do not have visibility on these charges and when they may be imposed, this varies by country. 

GUARANTEED DELIVERY TERMS

StangLights does not guarantee delivery times and cannot refund shipping charges/fees when late delivery results from events beyond our control. These reasons include delays from the unavailability of the recipient, acts of God, acts of public authority, riots, strikes, labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to weather phenomena or natural disasters, or in the event that an ordered product is out of stock or has limited availability.

SHIPPING PROCESS

After your order is placed, it will be shipped by our Distribution Team. In our efforts to ship orders within 1-3 business days, our Distribution Team works and ships orders within normal business hours. Once your order is invoiced and shipped, you will receive confirmation emails with links to track your order.


From time to time, we understand that your order may need to be canceled after it is submitted through our website. If you find yourself needing to cancel an order that was recently placed, please email support@stanglights.com
