All purchases of physical items from stanglights.com via web are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you, the purchaser, upon StangLights delivering your item/package to the carrier. Stanglights.com holds no responsibility for the replacement of products or refunds for lost, stolen or damaged items incurred while in transit with the parcel carrier. Stanglights.com will assist our customer in filing claims with parcel carriers in the event that your item is affected by the aforementioned scenarios.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We only ship to the 50 US States & territories, and Canada. We no longer offer international shipping outside these areas. Please note that for orders delivered to Canada, any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the ordering party. StangLights is not liable for these additional charges. Our products are designed and made for the US market, and compatibility/compliance with international regulations cannot be guaranteed.

SHIPPING PROCESS
After your order is placed, it will be shipped by our Distribution Team. In our efforts to ship orders within 1-5 business days, our Distribution Team works and ships orders within normal business hours on weekdays. Once your order is invoiced and shipped, you will receive confirmation emails with links to track your order.
From time to time, we understand that your order may need to be canceled after it is submitted through our website. If you find yourself needing to cancel an order that was recently placed, please email support@stanglights.com
